The corruption of trials that makes the wicked victorious and turns innocent citizens into criminals is something

On July 5, Judge Chang Joon-cheol of the District Court dismissed Kim Myung-ho's claim to protest unfair dismissal.
On May 27, Seoul High Court Judge Yang Seung-tae of the appeals court also dismissed Kim Myung-ho's claim.
The media investigated the evidence and witnesses submitted to the appeals court, and found that all of them
were lies fabricated by Sungkyunkwan University.

The Secretary General of the Sungkyunkwan University Foundation, Lee Jong-lim, is a wicked man who uses any

so the court should not be involved." However, as the education law changed and the court became able to intervene

field and had absolutely nothing to do with the expertise of the case. Kim Myung-ho came to the conclusion that
the forces of the devil were interfering with the trial, and submitted a motion to recuse himself from the judge.

After many twists and turns, when the reinstatement suit was dismissed again in the second trial with strange excuses,
Kim Myung-ho took a crossbow to the judge's house and fought in protest.
He was arrested, imprisoned for attempted murder, and sentenced to four years in prison.
Since the first person Judge Park Hong-woo visited when he was hospitalized was Yang Seung-tae, who dismissed
the case 10 years ago based on evidence and witnesses fabricated by Sungkyunkwan University, it is speculated that
Yang Seung-tae may have coached, Seoul Law school junior, Judge Park Hong-woo in his decision to dismiss the case.

of bribery, her corruption was not even investigated.

Former President Moon Jae-in ruined national education by appointing a corrupt woman named Yoo Eun-
hye, whom he had been in love with since she was a schoolgirl, as the Prime Minister of Education for
four years despite quite many people's protests against her.
Yoo Eun-hye worked as a professor for a long time despite her unqualified qualifications, and she even
became a member of the National Assembly, and there is corruption in receiving money when she nominated

As an American citizen, I entered Korea to respond confidently to the fact that Lee Jong-lim's corruption, which
I reported, led to a defamation lawsuit, and because I could not go to Korea, I was attacked by being listed as a
wanted person in Korea. in the meantime, I heard that Lee Jong-lim was confident that he would throw me in jail
just because I told many people about his corruption.

There were two defamation cases filed by Jong-lim Lee, and the case in Seoul was within the jurisdiction of the
Logos Law Firm, headed by Ki-young Song, a long-time disciple of Lee Jong-lim.
Even though clear evidence of Lee Jong-lim's false accusation was submitted, Lee Jong-lim won and I lost the
case by the judges of Seoul Law School, who were Song Ki-young's college juniors.

Lee Jong-lim eventually exerted his influence to have me arrested, and while I was summoned to the Eastern
Prosecutors' Office and being investigated, I brought evidence proving Lee Jong-lim's false accusation of various lies.
Conversely, Lee Jong-lim was supposed to be arrested on false accusations, but the civic attorney Prosecutor Myung
Jae-kwon acquitted Lee Jong-lim in a quite surprising way.
Even Yang Seung-tae, who was in charge of the last ruling at the Supreme Court, supported Lee Jong-lim with a
bizarre ruling that he misunderstood the case.

I tried to report civic attorney Myung Jae-kwon for abuse of power, but Myung Jae-kwon took great care in not
even informing me, the accuser, of the reason for acquitting Lee Jong-lim by designating it as an "official secret."
Myung Jae-kwon was later transferred to the local prosecutor's office, later became a judge, and returned to Seoul.
I suspect that the reason behind making Myung Jae-kwon a judge in the Seoul area was a special favor created
as a reward in recognition of his special talent in saving Lee Jong-lim from a crisis.

If a large law firm has a close and dangerous relationship with the Supreme Court, which appoints judges, wouldn't
it be a good investment for a large law firm to make such talented civic attorneys as judges and plant them as
faithful colleagues in the Seoul area? There have been several cases where large law firms are suspected of having
an unfair relationship with Yang Seung-tae's Supreme Court.

       Judge Kim Yong-ho in province, who ruled for defamation without even reading the record properly.
       Choi Seong-woon falsely stated in police department that there was no assault by Lee Jong-lim.
       Supreme Court Justice Yang Seung-tae ruled in the final trial that Lee Jong-lim misunderstood the facts.
       The court's three judges and civic attorney Myung Jae-kwon and supreme court justice Yang Seung-tae are all
       graduates of Seoul Law School. Lee Jong-lim's subordinate on the far right tried to attack me with an iron chair.

When I was being investigated at the police station to file a complaint against Lee Jong-lim in Seoul and other
province for his false accusation, Seoul police officer Cho Seung-won and local police officer Kwon Soon-yong
blatantly pressured me to withdraw the complaint. They lied and threatened me, saying that if I reported Lee
Jong-lim's false accusation, I could be indicted for the false accusation.

From their ignorant attitude of unilaterally taking the side of Lee Jong-lim, which was a false accusation,
I got the intuition that they must have met with him, who has the habit of handling everything as he pleases
and receiving exact words from him in person.
It was revealed that Seoul police officer Cho Seung-won was a disciple of Lee Jong-lim's student, and local police
officer Kwon Soon-yong also was under the influence of Kim Gook-hwan, a nearby officer at the Cheongju Police
Station, so it was not difficult to exert influence. Lee Jong-lim also manages his influence by awarding high ranks
("Dan") to police officers, judges, and politicians who work for his convenience.

Lee Jong-lim's murderous assaults are bizarre and chronic. Just as gangsters use violence without any reason to
educate their subordinates, Lee Jong-lim has a habit of punching kendo instructors for no reason.
There was testimony that when he was the manager of the kendo national representative team, he severely beat
the kendo players he hated almost every day.

In the case of Choi Seong-woon, a former executive member of the Kendo Association, who falsely stated for
Lee Jong-lim that "Lee Jong-lim did not assault." in a locality that properly handled Lee Jong-lim's case of false
accusation, he was not punished for punching a student to death as a high school physical education teacher, but
he was cleared of charges because they claimed it was an accident.

Even if they report the corruption of Lee Jong-lim, who completely plays with the judiciary, it will only result in
the accuser being punished, so the kendo instructors are unable to stop Lee Jong-lim's corruption and assault
and just obey out of fear.

There is a possibility that it was manipulated as justifiable defense by close lawyers. How should we

and battery to several people. The reason I didn't go to jail is because, as a U.S. citizen, I have the privilege of
reporting unfair arrests to the U.S. Embassy. Many kendo instructors agree with this reason why I did not go to
prison despite Lee Jong-lim's fearsome ability to manipulate judicial power.

3, Was the female President having an affair when 300 teenagers drowned?

After the Sewol ferry sinking accident was published, on August 3, 2014, Tatsuya Kato, who was the Seoul
bureau chief of the Sankei newspaper at the time, published an article entitled president Park Geun-hye
went missing on the day the ferry sank,??stating that President Park Geun-hye whereabouts were not known
during the seven hours aboard the Sewol ferry. .. He published a column titled who did you meet?


The Sankei newspaper claimed that there were suspicions that President Park Geun-hye had an affair with
Jeong Yun-hoe during the hours when Park Geun-hye's whereabouts were unknown after the Sewol ferry

mentioned as Korea's highest power by playing with Korean politics, is sentenced to 20 years in prison after

I am sending this email to all law scholars and news reporters in China, Japan, the U.S. and
European countries with the hope of increase of global watchfulness and concern about habitual
repetitions of lawyers' tyranny and corruption in still developing countries like South Korea.
Five years of former president Lee Myong-Bak's crime regime whose corruption, together with
that of his successor president Park Geun-Hye, is quite bizarre and severe enough to be recorded
in Guinness Book had been possible with the definite dereliction of duty by special prosecutor
Chung Ho-Young, who was in charge of investigating Lee Myong-Bak's several crimes.

He was rightly called "a spokesman of Lee Myong-Bak," as a legal launcher of Lee's crime regime.
The official announcement of Chung's prosecutors team totally had Lee exempt from all allegations in
2008, which have been used on the contrary for arresting and prosecuting Lee after ten years following
the imprisonment of the following president Park Geun-Hye.

However, Chung, who was the vice chairman of law school alumni association of Seoul Nat'l University,
was not prosecuted for dereliction of duty by the prosecutor's office. The graduate lawyers of Seoul
Nat'l University occupy the Korean courts and the prosecutor's office more than sixty percent as an
absolute powerful majority.
Both imprisonments of two former presidents had been enabled only after several days of massive
crowd demonstrations which means the total dereliction of duties of Korean judicial organizations.

Lee Myong-Bak requested Samsung to pay four billion won for the expense of attorneys in his personal
lawsuit in the U.S. to keep the money of DAS company which had been announced by special prosecutor
Chung as the belonging of an American citizen Christopher Kim whom had been jailed full eight years as
the sole criminal of BBK stock manipulation which Lee Myong-Bak proudly announced that he founded
BBK right before Chung's official announcement.
Chung announced that Lee Myong-Bak was totally free from any suspicion, which went totally against
the public opinion of a good majority of Korean people at that time.

President Lee granted amnesty to the CEO of Samsung after Samsung had paid the expense of attorneys
on behalf of Lee, which has become one allegation out of sixteen allegations when Lee was imprisoned.
Lee Myong-Bak appointed Yang Seung-Tae as chief justice, who is not only a law school chum of
Chung Ho-Young at the same law school, but also the former election management commissioner.
He accused the demonstration group of opposing "four river renovation project" of Lee which has
caused disastrous damage to the environment. Yang accused the demonstration group of violating the
election law, while he only warned the group of Lee's campaign of advertising four river renovation.

During nine years of crime regimes of Lee Myong-Bak and Park Geun-Hye, gross household debt has
doubled and national debt, including national pension liability, has tripled, while the number of luxurious
foreign cars has become two million from one third million, which means uprising survival burden to
poor people and definite abundant benefit to quite small number of opportunistic upstart riches and
ruling elites.







Chung Ho-Young was the vice chairman of law school alumni association of Seoul Nat'l University whose
alumni dominate the Korean judiciary.
Ten supreme court judges including the chief justice are the graduates of the law school of Seoul Nat'l
University out of fourteen supreme court judges at present.
Former chief of Korean CIA whom was a faithful henchman of Lee Myong-Bak had been sentenced three
years of imprisonment for wide range of illegal election campaign for Park Geun-Hye, who is the same
political party politician of Lee Myong-Bak.

However, all the supreme court judges unanimously do not approve the sentence with the reason that the
evidence of crime was not sufficient enough to prove the crime. The eleven supreme court judges at that
time in the above picture out of all thirteen supreme court judges are graduates of the same law school,
Seoul Nat'l University, which K CIA chief Won Seh-Hoon had attended.







Lee Myong-Bak appointed Kang Man-Soo the Secretary of the Treasury right after inauguration whom was
not only the same church member of Lee, but also a graduate from the law school of Seoul Nat'l Univ,
which he could exert influence to the court judges of the same school as an elder alumnus.
He had had the meeting with his younger alumni of constitutional court before the constitutional court
sentenced that the property tax law that the former government made and the congress approved was wrong.
Generally the property tax rate of Korea is lower than that of western countries. However, there is a group
of lawyers of the law school of Seoul Nat'l Univ. whose main job is promulgating the slander that
government activities are biased to the left when the public welfare of Korea is at the bottom group among
OECD nations.

The biggest Korean newspaper "Chosun Daily News" for instance whom has been notorious for decades
for flattering the dictators, and the Chae-Bul conglomerates, had been slandering the former President
Roh Moo-Hyun so much without having any clear evidence of crime that could be one reason why Roh
chose to commit suicide by jumping off the cliff in his home town.
Chosun Daily News had poured utmost power on slandering leftist government and their new property tax
law which was the sole defender against uncontrollable speculation investment of newly riches and the

Kim Dae-Joong has made fun of the late President Roh Moo-Hyun for years habitually in a very bad
manner as much as showing off the forced bravery that he is the one whom can do the job.




      




The above news of Chosun Daily News agitated that Lee Myong-Bak foretells the stock value of Korea
shall be doubled if he is elected to the President of south Korea, which has made many innocent civilians
sell their properties and pour their money to the stock and lost.

4, Christianity keeps producing evil elites in Korea. (8 2024-701)

Even after committing a sin, repeating it boldly without feeling guilty is something only devils do,
but in Korea, Christians are at the forefront of repeating these evil beliefs. This is also because
survival was so desperate for many Koreans during the difficult times following the Korean War.

In a situation where the average human lifespan has increased and the limited pie has to be shared
among many people, there are devil-level Christians a lot in Korea who believe that "as chosen people,
we have been given the privilege of survival by God even if it means sucking the blood of others."

According to the testimony of an woman who left the church in disgust because of the great hypocrisy
of Christians, there are many people in the church who live as sinners for six days and have no sense
of guilt because they believe that if they go to church for one day, everything will be washed away.

These extreme evildoers have become the ruling class of politics, money, and power and are abusing
Christianity to justify their opportunism, a phenomenon not only in Korea but around the world.
In a world rife with violence and disorder, speaking the right words carries such dangerous risks.

As an American citizen, the judicial and administrative corruption that I suffered in Korea for nearly
20 years was serious enough to indict the entire country of Korea. If a well-known theologian like me
suffers this much, the damage to the powerless common people is severe enough to be compared to hell.

Many Koreans use the term "Hell Korea" for this reason, but the bloody trend of survival, in which even
those who say such things have to live like devils in hell to survive, is probably not unique to Korea.
The commandment to become a devil for survival is a concern for all mankind as they face the end of
the world, a time of extreme chaos, disorder, and pollution.

Yang Seung-tae, who was appointed Chief Justice of the Supreme Court by Lee Myung-bak, who became
president after special prosecutor Chung Ho-young cleared obvious breach of trust charges, committed
countless judicial corruptions. Yang Seung-tae committed the devil's bloody crime by convicting two
victims who were falsely accused of being spies of espionage without properly reading the case report.

Yang Seung-tae and Chung Ho-young were classmates who graduated from Seoul Law School and belong
to the leading elite group. Since Seoul Law School monopolizes more than 60% of judges and prosecutors
in Korean courts and prosecutions, they are a group that can change black into white and white into black.
Not only Yang Seung-tae but also some Supreme Court justices were indicted for judicial corruption, but
all were acquitted. Which mouse could put a alarm bell around a cat's neck to protect his (or her) life?

Yang Seung-tae's Supreme Court not only engaged in many corrupt transactions, but also committed
corruption by requesting and instructing judges to make court decisions, and sent disobedient judges to
distant regions to suffer for a long time. Several judges who tried with conviction were oppressed and
even kicked out to shabby family courts, which is presumed to be an act of corruption to accommodate
the convenience of large law firms.

If the Supreme Court is this much corrupt, the corruption of the general courts is beyond description, and
Koreans are living a hellish life as victims of the vicious judicial mafia miserable enough you have sympathy.
It is so serious that all Koreans believe in the words, "Guilty without money, not guilty with money."
After Yang Seung-tae's corruption became known, Yang Seung-tae left home and moved to a rural area.
Even while moving, he showed such zeal that he never missed Sunday services at other local churches.

Lee Myung-bak's dirty crime, which was acquitted by special prosecutor Chung Ho-young, who was Yang
Seung-tae's classmate at Seoul law school, is something beyond imagination.
He made two conglomerates Samsung and Hyundai pay the expensive attorney fees for his lawsuits in
the U.S. and gave them illegal preferential treatment in return.
Lee Myung-bak's mother is a fervent Christian who never missed the early morning service everyday, and
is famous for her fervor who puts her hands on her sons' heads and prays every morning.

The truth of Christianity that Lee Myung-bak believes in, who was a Christian from his mother's womb, is
the devil opportunism, maximizing personal gain by any means necessary, like Jacob, the ancestor of Israel.
Jacob is a clever bad opportunist who deceived his father and stole the birthright from his older brother.
In the Gospel of Matthew, the forefather of Jesus is Jacob, so it is perhaps a natural belief that in order to
create a holy Jesus, one must become a clever opportunist like Jacob.

"Hope church," where Lee Myung-bak was an elder, is located in a neighborhood where many of Korea's
elites live, making it the most famous church attended by Korea's political, educational, and judicial elites.
Pastor Kwak Sun-hee of this church occasionally brags about receiving a master's degree from Princeton
seminary, but has been criticized for having an affair with several female members of the church and for
providing more than $10 million to his son's church without due process.

When a church elder asked him to resign because of his affair, he refused saying, "There is no great man
in the Old Testament who was free from adultery," and defended himself with a sermon saying, "Even if
the dog barks, the train keeps running its way."
Pastor Kwak drives the most expensive Rolls-Royce Bentley and lives in a very expensive, luxurious house.
His son, who was also investigated for the scandal, was an adjunct professor at Yonsei Theological Seminary,
the most famous theological seminary in Korea.

Kim Bong-hyun, who created a large-scale fraud worth $1 billion, is known to have memorized Bible
verses by writing them down in a notebook and attended early morning services at churches even
while he was wanted and on the run.
It is true that for so many fraudsters and evil people, the Christian Bible has become a magic spell and
has been promoted cheaply as a religion that easily cleanses evil and gives eternal life and blessings.



Korea is a thoroughly rotten country polluted by corrupt Christian elites.
